Important First Step Before beginning any healing process, destroy all taweez (amulets) or suspicious items you have been given. Dip them in a bowl of Quranic water to nullify their effects, and then dispose of them safely.
Essential Healing Materials
70 liters of clean water
1 liter of natural oil (e.g., olive oil)
Incense sticks (Agarbati)
Step 1: Quranic Recitation on Water, Oil, and Incense Remove the tops/caps of the water, oil, and incense containers. Recite the following selected Quranic verses directly over these items. Once finished, say "Bismillah" and close them immediately. You may also dip a Quranic-verse-inscribed paper into the water.
Water Usage
1. Bathing: After Maghrib salah, bathe daily using 1 liter of Quranic water (preferably warmed). Rub water starting from the head down to the entire body. Collect water in a bucket and use it to water plants (do not discard in waste).
2. Drinking: Drink 1 liter of Quranic water daily.
3. Spraying: Spray the water around your home—walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows, beds, utensils, and business areas.
Oil Treatment After bathing or before sleep, massage your entire body with the Quranic oil. Focus especially on painful areas. Leave the oil on overnight and wash it off in the morning.
Incense (Agarbati) After bathing, light the Quranic incense. Wear only a long gown or jubba and stand over the smoke to let it cleanse your body. Also smoke any room where you feel unusual presence or the whole house for purification.
Spiritual Nafl Prayer & Du'a After Zuhr, Maghrib, and Isha prayers, offer 2 rakats of Salat-ul-Hajat. After praying, make sincere du'a to Allah to destroy all black magic, evil eye, and jinn afflictions. Consistently ask for spiritual cleansing and healing.
Senna Makki for Internal Healing For stomach issues and internal cleansing:
1. Boil 1 liter of Quranic water.
2. Add 7 tablespoons of Senna Makki when it begins boiling. Lower heat and stir for 10 minutes.
3. Drink 0.5 liters on an empty stomach in the morning. Continue daily until symptoms disappear.
You can also boil barley in milk, add honey or dried dates, and consume after drinking the Senna tea.
