1. Introduction

Welcome to Quranic Ruqyah. By accessing our website or booking a session with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Nature of Services (Medical Disclaimer)

Important: Ruqyah Sharia is a form of spiritual healing based on Islamic teachings (Quran and Sunnah). It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• We do not claim to cure any disease. The cure (Shifa) is solely in the hands of Allah. We are merely facilitators using the words of Allah.
• If you have a medical condition (e.g., epilepsy, schizophrenia, heart condition), you MUST continue your medical treatment and consult your doctor.
• Never stop taking your prescribed medication without professional medical advice.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of your booking fee (if applicable).
• Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced to ensure the next patient is not delayed.

4. Code of Conduct

We maintain a strict Islamic environment. We expect all clients to:

• Dress modestly.
• Respect the boundaries of simple interactions.
• Women are strongly advised to attend with a Mahram (husband/brother/father).
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits abusive behavior or violates Islamic values during the session.

5. Payment

Fees for services cover the time, expertise, and facility maintenance. Payment terms will be discussed at the time of booking. We do not engage in selling "guaranteed cures" or un-Islamic amulets (taweez).

6. Limitation of Liability

Quranic Ruqyah and its practitioners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. You engage in spiritual healing at your own discretion.
