A Quranic and Sunnah-Based Treatment for Facial Beauty
Introduction:
A beautiful, clear face and glowing skin are blessings everyone desires. Cleanliness and good appearance are part of our faith: the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ loved to look neat and presentable, and angels love those who maintain cleanliness. But sometimes, despite taking care of our skin, sudden pimples, wrinkles, or dullness appear — often due to the effects of the evil eye (Nazar-e-Bad) or envy.
Allah says in the Quran:
> “Indeed, We created man in the best form.”
— Surah At-Tin 95:4
So if you or someone you know suffers from facial problems like persistent pimples or sudden changes in complexion, this Islamic remedy may, by Allah’s permission, restore your natural beauty.
The Evil Eye and Skin Problems:
It is narrated from Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet ﷺ once saw a girl with dark spots on her face and said:
> “Perform ruqyah on her, for she has been afflicted by the evil eye.”
(Sahih Muslim)
The Prophet ﷺ also said:
> “Seek Allah’s protection from the evil eye, for the evil eye is real. And if anything could overtake destiny, it would be the evil eye.”
(Sahih Muslim)
How Does the Evil Eye Affect Beauty?
There are three stages to the evil eye’s harm:
1️⃣ Someone looks at your beauty, wealth, or blessings with amazement.
2️⃣ Jealousy and envy arise in their heart.
3️⃣ That jealousy transmits through their gaze, harming you physically, mentally, or spiritually — including your skin’s health.
Even in the Quran, Prophet Yaqub (peace be upon him) feared the evil eye on his handsome sons, telling them:
> “My sons! Do not enter through one gate; rather, enter through separate gates.”
(Surah Yusuf 12:67)
This shows the real and serious impact of the evil eye.
Islamic Remedy for Pimples, Wrinkles, and Uneven Skin Tone:
Ingredients:
✅ 1 teaspoon mustard oil
✅ 1 teaspoon rose water
Steps:
1️⃣ Mix mustard oil and rose water well.
2️⃣ Apply the mixture to your face.
3️⃣ Massage thoroughly for 3-4 minutes using both hands.
4️⃣ Wash your face clean.
Ruqyah Recitations:
After washing your face, recite:
🔹 Three times:
> اللّٰہُ نُوْرُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ
“Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth.”
(Surah An-Nur, Ayah 35)
🔹 Four times:
> بِسْمِ اللّٰہِ اَرْقِیْکَ مِنْ کُلِّ شَیْءٍ یُؤْذِیْکَ مِنْ حَسَدِ حَاسِدٍ وَمِنْ کُلِّ عَیْنٍ لَامَّةٍ
“In the name of Allah, I perform ruqyah on you, from everything that harms you, from the envy of an envier, and from every evil eye.”
After reciting, blow lightly with a bit of moisture from your breath onto your hands and wipe your face. Then apply any cream or petroleum jelly (Vaseline) if you wish.
Duration of Treatment:
🔸 Do this daily for one week, preferably at night before sleeping.
🔸 If you cannot do it at night, you can do it during the day.
🔸 After one week, continue once or twice a week as needed.
Insha’Allah, with Allah’s permission, you will see your skin clearing up and your complexion becoming more radiant within a week.
